Return Policy

A Straight forward process to ensure you can return or exchange your device with ease.

The below return Policy only applies for Graded phones (A1 and A2)

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of shipment delivered to the shipping address.
  • Condition: Phones must be returned in their original condition, without modification or changing parts.
  • Documentation: A FilledRMA form with accurate invoice Number, IMEI and description of fault is required for processing returns.

Acceptable Return Reasons

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Defective Devices: If the phone has a defect or malfunction within the 30-day warranty period.
  • Incorrect Orders: If the wrong model or quantity was delivered.
  • Order Discrepancies: If there is a discrepancy between the ordered items and what was received.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Phones damaged due to misuse by the end customers, unauthorized modifications, or neglect.
  • Phones missing parts, or attempted to repair.
  • Phones which are power dead must be reported within 5 days of arrival at your warehouse. If exceeds will be rejected to claim Warranty
  • Returns requested outside the 30-day warranty period.
  • Phones for which we do not provide warranty coverage for your end customers.
  • For APPLE ASIS and ASIS+ we cover only Simlock warranty any other claims will not be accepted

Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Contact our RMA Department at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Prepare Return Shipment: Pack the phones securely in the bubble cover mentioning defects on each device in English.
  • Ship the Phones: Send the phones to the address provided by the RMA Department. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Documentation: we need in advance filled Rma form with authorized number and attached shipping invoice.

Credit Notes

  • Defective Phones: Phones found to be defective within the 30-day warranty period will be eligible for a credit note / Replacement, subject to inspection.
  • Incorrect Orders: If there was an error in your order, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned items.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Instead, credit notes or replacement will be issued for returned items.
  • Credit Notes: Credit notes can be used for future purchases. Please allow 6-8  business days for processing after receipt and inspection of the returned phones.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Original Shipping: Shipping costs incurred from the original order are non-refundable
